02How a scan works
Guided capture (iOS)
Live camera coaches lighting, framing, and a 3-2-1 hold. Face boxes never leave the device.
Two or four angles
Front/Back is two photos. Front/Sides/Back walks all four angles, then one score.
Scores only on the server
Photos run inference and are discarded. We store scores — never the image.
Optional on-device photos
Private local copies for the viewer; can save to Photos after a successful scan. Denial is respected.
Physique, machine ID, and meal scan photos are inference-only — discarded when the call returns.
Read privacy
