Terms of Use

By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The App is provided as-is to individuals for personal training use.

Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.

You can start using the App anonymously on a device. Creating an account with your email and password links that data to the account so it survives a reinstall and syncs across devices. You are responsible for keeping your password and access to that email address — email is the only way to recover the account.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use the app to build a competing service, and you may not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.

App access is an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks levels, records and readiness, splits and guided workouts, meal scans and macros, and physique scans and the AI coach.

• YEARLY access — $95.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial, renewing automatically every year.
• WEEKLY access — $3.99 per week, renewing automatically every week.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google account, or card (Stripe) at confirmation of purchase. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Web subscriptions renew until you cancel in the billing portal. Prices shown in the app are localized by the store and may differ from the amounts above.

If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage Apple or Google subscriptions in those account settings; manage web billing in Stripe’s portal from the site. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly. We may change prices or what a subscription includes, and will give notice in the app before a change affects an existing subscription.

A qualifying referral is a new user identity that uses your link before its first paid subscription charge. Trial starts, refunds, revoked purchases, duplicate identities and self-referrals do not qualify. The first valid referral link is the one that counts.

We may introduce referral rewards later. Tracking a referral does not promise a specific reward. Any reward and its terms will be shown before it applies. We may remove referrals obtained through fraud, abuse or an error.

The App is a tracking and planning tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Its levels, readiness states, projections, macro targets, physique scores and coach feedback are estimates generated from the data you enter and from general models — they can be wrong.

Resistance training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, use loads you can control, stop if something hurts, and treat every suggestion the app makes as a suggestion. You train at your own risk.

Meal scanning, machine identification, physique scoring and coach wording use AI inference. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — check macros and identifications before relying on them. Photos sent for these features are not stored on our servers; see the Privacy Policy.

Your training data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it back to you, and to operate the features you use. Sharing a split link publishes that split's contents to anyone holding the link, until you stop sharing it.

We aim to keep the App running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Set logging works offline and syncs when connectivity returns, but you should not rely on the app as your only record of anything that matters to you.

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used to harm the service or other users. If we terminate an account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period where the store allows it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost data, or for injury arising from your training decisions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
