Your history. Your next plan.

Turn saved SET training history into a private AI-authored workout plan, with scheduled days, exercises, and set counts.

Connect your AI

01Start with what you actually did

Connect your assistant, then ask it to read your saved sets, current split, and existing plans. A useful review should distinguish recorded training from assumptions. An unsaved workout on your phone is not available through MCP.

Read my SET training summary, splits, and saved sets from the last four weeks. Summarize my consistency and exercise progress. Say where the data is incomplete. Do not change anything yet.

History tools return pages of results. Ask your assistant to fetch enough pages for the requested period instead of treating the latest page as your full history.

02Give the plan real constraints

Draft a four-week, three-day plan for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have 45 minutes and access to dumbbells, cables, and machines. Use my saved history and search the SET catalog for exercise names. Show the days, exercises, and set counts. Wait for my approval before saving.

Add your goal, available equipment, movements you prefer, and anything you want excluded. The assistant can inspect body data only when its connection has body read access.

SET saves plan duration, scheduled days, exercises, set counts, and optional muscle priorities. Rep targets, prescribed weights, and rest instructions discussed in chat are not fields in the MCP plan-creation tool.

03Review, then save

Check the whole plan before authorizing creation. Choose whether to keep your current active split or replace it.

Save this exact plan to SET with activate set to false. Keep my current active plan and split.

Or, when you are ready to switch:

Save and activate this exact plan in SET. I understand it will replace my current active plan and split.

The assistant creates a private plan and split, linking exercises to your Board. Plans stay private unless you share them in SET. Open SET with the same account and check the saved plan before training.

04Train, save, review

Log your workout in SET and save the finished session. Then ask your assistant to compare the saved result with the plan.

Review my latest saved SET workout against my active split. What did I complete, and what should we discuss before the next session? Do not create a replacement plan.
