Set up before your first session
Connect SET and test a read-only training summary. For phone access, check that your assistant’s mobile client supports your MCP connection. A working desktop connection does not establish mobile support.
If you control a desktop agent remotely from your phone, that separate setup must support the agent, its SET connection, and remote access. SET supplies the training tools; mobile remote control comes from your chosen agent and remote client.
Prepare and save your plan before arriving. You can then train in SET even if you do not open your assistant at the gym.
01Before training
Read my active SET split and recent saved history. Summarize today’s planned exercises and set counts. I have 40 minutes. Suggest any changes in chat and wait for approval before saving a new plan.
Review suggestions against how you feel and the equipment available. The assistant sees saved records, not your live condition or the gym floor.
02Between sets
The cable station is busy. Search SET’s exercise catalog for alternatives to the exercise in today’s plan. Show the options without changing my plan.
Use SET to record the exercise you actually perform. MCP currently has no tool to log a set, start or stop a workout, run a rest timer, or control the SET screen.
Your live workout and unsaved sessions stay local until you save. If you discuss an in-progress set with your assistant, provide that context yourself; it cannot read that set through SET yet.
03After the workout
Finish and save the session in SET. Once it is saved to your account, ask for a review.
Read my latest saved SET workout. Compare these exercises with my previous sessions, explain what changed, and identify anything missing from the record.
That is the repeatable workflow: plan with your assistant, train and save in SET, then review with your assistant.
