01What you buy
Access is an auto-renewing subscription. Plans listed in the app (USD; stores show localized prices):
- YEARLY: $39.99 per year
- WEEKLY: $6.99 per week, 3-day free trial where eligible
On the web, Stripe sells an annual subscription or one-time access at the price shown at checkout.
A free trial, when offered and when you are eligible, converts to a paid renewal unless you cancel before it ends.
02Cancel anytime
Cancel in your Apple ID → Subscriptions, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or the Stripe billing portal for web. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
03How to ask
Store purchases: Apple or Google is the merchant of record. Refund requests go to them. Web purchases: email email@olaurent.com.
- Apple: request a refund through Apple Support or use the purchase receipt’s Report a Problem link
- Google Play: follow Google Play’s refund request instructions
We cannot issue a store refund. If something failed on our side (e.g. you paid but the app never unlocked after a successful store charge), email email@olaurent.com with the account email and approximate purchase time — we will help investigate and point you at the right store path.
04Trials and accidental renewals
Intro offers are eligibility-checked by the store. If a trial or renewal did not match what the offer showed, contact the store first, then us with screenshots if access in the App still looks wrong.
Support
email@olaurent.comFind where the subscription was purchased
Check the purchase receipt or the subscription list associated with your Apple Account or Google Account. The device you are using now does not necessarily identify where you originally paid. A subscription started through Apple should be managed through Apple even if you later read this page on a computer.
If you paid on the web, use the web billing portal to manage renewal and contact SET support for refund questions. Include the account email and approximate payment date so the transaction can be located. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
If no subscription appears in the first account you check, verify whether you used another Apple or Google account for the purchase. A missing subscription entry is not proof that the subscription has been canceled. The receipt is the clearest starting point for identifying the billing channel.
Cancellation and refunds are separate
Cancellation stops a future renewal. A refund request asks for a completed payment to be returned. If your goal is to avoid another charge and ask about the latest charge, you may need to complete both actions through the appropriate channel. Do not assume that sending a support email cancels a store-managed subscription.
After canceling, check the subscription status and the expiration information displayed by the billing provider. Keep the confirmation for your records. Uninstalling SET, stopping your workouts, or deleting an app icon does not cancel the billing agreement.
Refund eligibility and processing are determined under the applicable purchase channel’s rules. This page does not promise that every accidental purchase, unused period, or renewal qualifies. Follow the provider’s current refund process and use the actual circumstances of your purchase in the request.
Paid but access is still locked
First confirm that the charge belongs to SET and that you are signed into the intended account. Note whether the purchase completed successfully, is still pending, or was declined. A bank notification alone may not describe the final purchase status shown by the store.
Contact support with your account email, purchase channel, approximate time, and what the app shows. A screenshot of the access message can help. Remove unrelated billing details and never include a full payment card number. The aim is to match the access issue to the purchase you already made.
Do not make repeated purchases to try to unlock the app. Ask for help with the existing transaction. If you also want to request a refund for a store purchase, follow the store’s process separately; investigating app access does not automatically create a refund request.
