Bring your AI to the gym.

Connect your training history. Build a plan together. Save it to SET.

Connect your AI
Try this with your connected assistant
Review my recent SET training. Help me build a three-day plan around my available equipment. Ask me before saving it.

SET is a gym tracker that gives a compatible AI assistant access to your saved training through MCP. Your exercises, sets, and previous plans provide the context. The plan you agree on comes back to SET, ready for your next session.

Your training, in the conversation

01 / Review

Start with what you lifted.

Ask about recent sessions or one exercise’s history. Your assistant can read the saved record without you copying sets into chat.

02 / Plan

Make the plan together.

Discuss your schedule, equipment, and priorities. Review the exercises and sets before asking your assistant to save the plan.

03 / Train

Bring back the results.

Train in SET and save the session. Your connected assistant can review those results when you next ask.

Give your AI a useful starting point

Already track elsewhere? Import your workout notes and review them before saving. Starting fresh? Tell your assistant your schedule and equipment; it should ask about missing history rather than invent it.

FAQ

What does connecting my AI to SET do?

A compatible AI assistant can read your saved training history, review your exercises and body data, and save a training plan you agree on. SET connects through MCP, the Model Context Protocol.

Which AI apps can connect?

Your client needs remote MCP over Streamable HTTP and either SET’s OAuth flow or a custom Authorization header. Availability depends on the client, account plan, and device. Check the connection guide before choosing a client.

Can my AI control a live workout?

SET’s current MCP tools do not start workouts, log sets, or control rest timers. Train and save your session in SET, then ask your connected assistant to review the saved results.

What can my assistant access?

OAuth access is scoped to training reads, body-data reads, and training writes. A connection code grants all three. Body data can include profile answers, weight history, muscle scores, and physique result data. Revoke a connection in AI Connections to stop future access; this does not erase data already shared with your AI provider.

Do I need an AI connection to use SET?

No. SET’s workout logging, muscle progress, and training history work without an external AI connection. Your AI provider’s fees and access requirements are separate from SET.
