01Notes
Greedy fill with 45 / 35 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 / 1.25. Pounds only. For two-collar barbell totals — not dumbbells or machines.
02FAQ
Does the bar weight count?
Yes. The target is the total load including the bar, so the bar comes off first and the rest is split across two sides. Default is a 45 lb Olympic bar; 35, 25, and 15 are one tap away.
What does a 45 lb plate pair add?
90 lb — one plate per side. A 45 lb bar with one pair is 135 lb total, two pairs 225, three pairs 315.
Which plates does it use?
45, 35, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, and 1.25 lb, filled heaviest first. If the target can't be built from those, it reports the unmatched pounds per side.
Does this work for dumbbells or machines?
No. It's two-collar barbell math. Landmines, T-bars, and plate-loaded machines load one end or use their own leverage, so per-side halving is wrong there.
